The following rules are suggested guidelines referring to race procedures and formats. It is understood that some tracks and or events may alter these procedures to suit there racers or programs and in particular for special events.

In the meantime, I do get asked often where you can buy a Harper Sprint car. You can buy a used one when they randomly pop up, but you have to be patient and be ready to throw cash at them when they arrive.
